****! Do not use this woman, it's an absolute ****. We so badly wanted to buy a puppy from her, she made everything seem so simple, price includes the puppy and also to have the puppy flown to our nearest airport. Pay half now and other half when puppy arrives. However, when the day came for the puppy to be flown to me, after i've paid the deposit, i all of a sudden have to pay an an additional R9000 to hire a crate, but i was promised that i will get this R9000 refunded once puppy is delivered. We refused to pay any further funds and requested for the deal to be canceled and for our deposit to be refunded. Needles to say, we haven't received our refund and this woman kept on badgering me for the money for days, and apparently the poor puppy (if there even was a puppy) was still at the courier and she just didn't care about the puppy's health, she was just worried about this money. I even asked her if she can pay this R9k and they can refund her once the puppy is delivered, she then all of a sudden "tried to get the funds together" from her side, so all of a sudden the R9k went to R3k, then the R3k went down to R1500, but we just refused point blank to pay any furthermore funds. I believe that if this was a true breeder, that has love for the puppies they breed, she wouldn't have left the puppy at the courier for days without proper care, i believe if she was an honest and professional business woman, she would have been clear from the beginning about the hiring of a crate, or she would have covered these funds without even involving us. If the money will be refunded, she wouldn't have anything to lose. All we wanted was a new puppy to love and to take care for, but she burnt us from our hard earned money and a chance of a new family member.
