I want my money for deposit

I have lay-byed a ring and supposed to pay the balance of next week Friday wen I arrived in the mall the shop moved without any communication and even if I have to pay where can I pay because it seems like they have run away with my deposit money, who just give you a R1600 just for fun this days no one please help me to expose them
