Bad after service

Bought ring and charm bracelet in December and January had lost a stone and had to pay to fix charms to bracelet. May lost a stone again and a charm broke off. Was quoted R1200 for repairs as guarantee "only" 3 months. Was quoted R1 200 and was told I want freebies every time. Went to another Jewellery shop, got it repaired in 1 day for R280 only
