Pool Heat Pump-Worst company to deal with
Absolutely apalling service. Nico was very quick to come install an Alliance pool heat pump, not even a month later I had issues with the unit, I received no assistance from Nico(I have the messages to prove). He is quick to get the sale but no after service. The Unit starting working after a while and a few months later it stopped working. I tried asking for assistance again as the Unit is under warranty but no help whatsoever. Rather spend a bit more from a proper company where you will get the after service. I am very disappointed with Julan cooling and would not recommend them to anyone. No invoice was provided and I will now have to pay for the repairs. STAY AWAY!
