SAMSUNG SHOULD RETHINK WHO THEY SUPPLY

I've used jukebox to purchase both my tv and dstv from this place, first of all I don't have half of my channels on dstv and I have had someone come out multiple times. With regards to the Samsung tv first they told me Samsung no longer supplies the model I wanted, this was not true. After the tv broke first they told me I would have to go to Samsung warrantee myself, this does not comply with CPA. After arguing they then decided to replace my 51inch smart tv with just a normal plasma tv as they said they only had 55inch smart tv's. I highly recommend Samsung rethink who represents them.
