Still waiting for refund...
Been struggling since 5 October 2022 for a refund of R800. I only received one message back since then asking for my banking details to which I rep****. Complete silence ever since.

03 Dec 2023, 16:22It's 3 December 2023, still no refund or even partial refund. I was contacted in February 2023, with tons of excuses and promises to get it sorted out. Nothing.
