Juice bubble - Poor service delivery

Juice Bubble, is an online clothing store, which requests that you make payment, and send proof of payment prior to receiving the goods. I did this on the 17th of January 2020, and expected the item to be delivered by 24 January. When I enquired on the 24th, I was advised that the item would be received by Monday 27th. As I was unable to wait, as the item was required by Saturday, I requested a refund. I was told that a refund, could only be affected approximately a week later, so by month end, and then it would take approximately 3 working days to clear in my account. I have again emailed the company, without any response being received.
