Unavailability of a car spare key.

I bought a car at this dealership in March this year, My car is 7 months old now and I still don't have my spare key.

I have been there in numerous cases to get the reason as to why I still don't have my spare key.

They give one excuse after the other.

Am not happy with that at all.
