Deposit ****** - Holiday accomodation

<p> We became aware of holiday accomodation in Mosselbay, advertised on Gumtree by one Judy le Grange.</p> <p>I received a rental contract from her, containing certain banking details. I completed the contract, and made the payment to her account.</p> <p>Judy, and the owner ostensible owner of the property, know as Marisa Roelofse, now claims that Judy's never distributed the email and deny that they have received the payment made to Judy's account.</p> <p>I have also learned that Judy does not hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Estate Agency Affairs Board.</p> <p>Please be very careful doing any business with these two individuals.</p>
