Bread going bad in less than 24 hours

I purchased sourdough bread from this business and within less than 24 hours the bread showed mould. I went back and was told that I couldn’t get my money back. I was offered a replacement bread (I was told it wasn’t fresh) or something else from the shop. The whole demeanour wasn’t right, I hadn’t expected an upmarket shop to sell old bread.
