Paying for the toilets

I just want to find out if we really have to pay for the toilets at the mall, some of us visit the mall almost everyday of the week and with kids. Every weekend i take my kids there to play, i feel that it is unfair to pay for the toilets at the mall, is it because it's in the township or????i really dont support the idea.
