Letter Request Being Denied

I requested a Letter from the school regarding my daughter's condition. I received a letter on 20th February 2015 which was not based on facts given to school by 3 Separate Professionals 1 did my child's assessment and clearly stated that my child has memory loss due to trauma and will not elaborate on the cause thereof with Qualifications BA(SW) UP and MSW (NWU). The second Professional also informed the school of my child's condition with Qualifications B. MUS
