Abusive Nurse

I am extremely angry ! I am currently at Jubilee District Hospital accompanying my mother. She fell on the 26th of Oct and broke her ankle. Nothing was done since they currently don't have water at the hospital. She was then discharged on the 28th and instructed to return on the 6th Nov 2019. I was give an instruction to take her to ward 5 while I am still sorting getting her file as the Dr will require it. The nurse who was on duty at that time offered her a bed since she was in pain. While I was still waiting for her file I received a call from her saying that Nurse Serote forcefully removed her from the bed, pushed her wheelchair outside and left her on the passage. Suddenly the file can't be found. She's in excruciating pain and we are told to wait outside. I am extremely disappointed once again, Jubilee Hospital is a nightmare. I really don't know how a monster like Nurse Serote is still allowed to work with people.
