Juba Motors sold me a faulty car and they refuse to cancel my contract with them!

I purchased my car on October 3rd, 2024, and just four days later, I noticed significant mechanical issues, including trouble changing gears and a concerning revving noise. A squeaking sound likely from the tensioner belt also appeared. I returned the car for repairs on November 5th, and it was returned to me on November 11th with an almost empty petrol tank and increased mileage.

The next day, the same noises returned. I contacted the dealership again and brought the car back on November 19th. After more repairs, it was returned on November 25th with a knocking sound linked to suspension issues, and I brought it in for repairs again on December 3rd.

I often had to chase for updates and was denied a courtesy vehicle each time. I feel I was sold a faulty vehicle, and Juba Motors refuses to cancel my contract for this bank-financed car. I’m stuck paying for a problematic car and just want to be freed from this situation!
