Pathetic Catering services

What should have been the most amazing day of my Sister In-laws life turned out to leave a rather bitter taste in not only her mouth but everyone that was present. The wedding took place on 21/12/2014 at Juante Estate and sadly everything was held at this venue (reception &ceremony), I urge people to never book this unprofessional place. To start with the cutlery was dirty, there was 1 waiter attending to the needs of 80 people. If this is not bad enough we agreed to a buffet, to our surprise this was actually not a buffet, the guests ended up eating dry chicken and extremely small portions of meat (clearly the wrong expectation was set when payments were made) There were flies all over the place my Sister In-law had to find one of the workers to cover the cake and food as flies was surrounding the area. There was no fruit stand as stipulated on the menu, there should have been a fruit stand. Finally the icing on the cake -initially the wedding date was secured for the 16/12/2014, Due to greed the actual manager begged to change the date- We seek reimbur*****t for all the above mentioned issues and missing fruit stand will also seek legal advice and take this further if need be.
