Wedding Catering disaster

My wedding took place at Juanate estate and I chose one of packages.The catering at this place is terrible I would not recommended anyone to utilise this place for catering they served salad that was off to my guest, the starter was a plate of nothing and it was served cold.In the terms it clearly states that we would get our food back that was left over there was a lot of meat left that was held back by the staff.They only gave two jugs of juice which I knew and that why I brought a 25 litre the catering staff took my empty 1.5 bottles coke and filled it with the juice I brought and they took the juice that was left on the table and filled there bottles to take home.In the end other day this is my my stuff I paid for for them to just take what they want without permission.When I got home from the wedding and saw they only gave me salads back 2 pieces of meat I had no idea what happened to the other food and dessert that we saw was left over.We also saw the caters eating plates an plates of only meat the head of the Catering Pam proclaim she made sure that they have separate food which is very strange that I saw I had a lot of meat left when everything was closed but got nothing back.When I told Pam about the events that happened she just ignore a disatified customer.Also what was so disgusting was caterers smelled like alcohol while serving my guest their food.I would rate the catering at this place a absolute 0.The people clearly have no professionalism in catering.If you want to utilise this place use the venue only,but be sure to use your own caterers outside. I won't want anyone to go through what me and my husband did the embarrassment, humiliation and total money waste.I just want the caters to know you might be getting rich by coning people but God never sleeps for such people.A wedding day is a special day and these cateres just don't care about people and what they paid for.When I told the head of catering she just covered up for her staff with lies my family witness these things that happened.Who ever reads this and considering this place and wants to utilise the catering I highly recommend a definite HELL NO.
