Worst "photographer" in history

<p>Juan was paid for photography services in full prior to the dates needed, on the first date he went to the wrong venue, fair enough we all make mistakes, after finding the right venue it was too late. Day two and Juan Smith Photography is 3 hours late forcing an international client to source another supplier, the client being nice and friendly gives him one last chance to shoot a golf day in return for the missed days he was meant to shoot, so day 3 comes and Juan Smith Photography is late again. No in all rights for the client she wants a refund. So Juan Smith photography says in writing he will do the refund, some days pass and the client still has not received a refund…… </p> <p>Juan Smith Photography states there is an issue with the banking application. So I give him more time, and some more time passes and still no refund, now the new excuse it that is must still be done? But last messages where it was done? None the less more time is given and in writing and promising the refund will be done. Push comes to shove and I am forced to send a letter of demand. Letter received still no refund. And of course, it’s time to get some legal action, and low and behold the one assisting him is just as useless, none the less I will be refunding the client in full out of my own pocket, but I hope that this does not happen to anyone else. Please share.</p>
