JUAN SMITH PHOTOGRAPHY IS A ****

I booked Juan Smith Photography for my wedding in Dec 2019. Juan was not professional at all he rocked up 1 and half hours late at my husband stayed 15 min and left to come to the wedding venue.

When he arrived he had this small dinky camera, I had to ask him why he was using that camera, I was told that a week before my wedding his fall and broke. I then lent my nieces camera, so that I could have some decent picture.

Juan had no creative side of him and was like clueless when it came to taking pictures we stood around more then taking pictures. I paid him for 8 hours with he only stayed 5 hours he told my 17 year old niece that she must carry on taking pictures and l left. we have no picture of cutting the cake or the first dance.

Then Jan came along I asked him when can I expect to get my pictures, oh boy did I not have a run around. on the 17 Jan Juan was going to PEP store to post my pictures, wooden album and a memory card with my pictures but first he needed to know if he should delete 233 WEDDING picture as he took me then he was meant to and if I wanted those pictured I had to pay R1 per picture which I did. Then the stories came along. He was in ICU for a mild heart attach. Pep store was off line so he could not send it the next day the album did not fit into the bag. Finally I got hold of him the Sunday and he told me that he was in the middle of a divorce. I arranged to go to his house the Monday after work. So I headed off to Heidelberg. just to get there and Juan has been lying to us the whole time no album but he promised that he will deliver to my mother in law house that coming Friday. Needless to say that we got half of the pictured when we collected then the cat and mouse came in to play.

Friday the 24 JAN NO ABLUM came, I phone him to ask and that when the stories just started to get better and better, I was then promised some the 11 FEB but I got a message the night of the 10 Feb that the lady that was making it had a problem. But he will get it the 14 Feb and he will being it to me the 15 Feb. oh boy the 14 Feb came I asked are we still on tract for 15 Feb did I not get sworn from this man. fast forward to the end of feb where he got his friend Simon to contact me swearing at me telling me that I am harassing him when I am only asking about the service I paid for. He swore me again and I thought I have just had enough ands named and shamed him on Facebook book reported him to Facebook all the groups he was adverting on. His page was taken down and he changed his name on Facebook.

Please be careful when booking a photography for a special event

Turned out that this man paid the lady only on the 24 Feb for this album, and has been making her name bad Juan Smit Photography like to advertise on Wedding 911, I love Jhb South Brakpan Advertensies and 14 other groups on facebook.
