Excellent service over the years.

I have been visiting JTV Centre in Umtentweni, Port Shepstone, over the last four years when wanting to connect/disconnect my DSTV services at our holiday home, or when experiencing problems of an electronic nature. JTV provides excellent service! Their staff members are highly skilled and professional, friendly and efficient. I have lately selected to resolve any questions about my DSTV account at JTV rather than in Pretoria, where I reside. A huge compliment goes to Ms Fiona Smithwick, who has helped me on several occassions and has always ensured a pleasant experience. JTV is a true example of excellent customer care and service delivery. Well done!
