I was sold a battery...

I was sold a battery that was promised to be 80Ah... what I got was a battery that cant even hold a full 12volts when fully chargered and tested with a multi-meter ... then when I sent Ricardo a message about this I get no response back from him. I gave a 1Star because that was my lowest option. But to be honest I wouldnt even give a quarter of a star...
