Winston XSpression Purple - no popping ball and cigarette falling apart

It has taken me a while to find a cigarette that suited my needs and taste. I have been smoking Winston XSpression Purple for over a year and have not had any problems until a few months back: 1. Not all cigarettes have the popping ball 2. The cigarette and filter does not connect and falls apart, I have actually burnt my clothing because of this fact. Find myself with just a filter left on my lips and the rest of the cigarette in my lap????

This has not been a satisfying experience either or, or both these instances occur with every other box I buy?

Just not a happy caper no more :-)
