Winston Cigarettes all breaking at filter

I have been a rather new supporter of Winston since the launch of the expressions range however. The last 7 boxes purchased purchased from various sellers have left me with a box that 18 of 20 cigarettes is completely loose at the connection between the tabacco portion of the cigareete and the filter. Every time I ash the tabacco portion falls out. I have never had previous issues however im beginning to think JTI isnt aware of the issue. I am at tje point of moving back to Camel however after a bit of research I see that JTI owns camel aswell therefore I will, if this isnt resolved move to a competitor. I purely wish for JTI to become aware and rectify the issue. Only a direct response will keep me loyal to the brand, on that note I hope for a timeous response on the issue.
