Winston Blue (not correctly assembled)

I have been smoking this brand for years and never have I ever encountered such bad cigarettes, it's almost like they have not been glued together properly, the filters are skew when you smoke them they don't draw due to the paper not been sealed or glued properly!! This is my third carton now that I have inquired this problem with!!<br> <br> Is this a typical mas production flaw????
