Winston BLUE filters loose

<p>In 2 packets (20), I have had at least 5 sigarettes per pack where the filter just simply come off when pulling it from the box and another 5 per pack that are loose and not properly sealed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Suspect this is a bad batch, but am concerned because I have bought 2 cartons and have experienced the poor quality in the 1st 2 boxes opened.</p>
