Winston Blue - Filter Issues

Winston Blue slide is my choice of cigarette and have been smoking them for years which means I have spent allot of money on it. Over time I get odd packets with a few cigarettes in that detaches from the filter as I pull them out. Basically the cigarette is then useless, because it cannot be attached (only if you use sellotape or something like that). I have always ignored it, but after yesterday I just decided it was time to complain, I have spent allot of money on this product and this happened to me allot of times.
