WINSTON BLUE CIGARETTES NOT LIGHTING

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a loyal customer to jti since I started smoking, however I have encountered this situation too many a time to just keep quiet about it anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I smoke Winston Blue and I honeslty do enjoy them, I will leave to another shop if 'my brand' is out of stock BUT, what I have started to notice more and more often is taking a cigarette out of my box, lighting it and, NOTHING, the cigarette just DOESN'T light/ pull, AT ALL! this has happened 3 times with me over a period of about a year.... ANd it is INCREDIBLY frustrating!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I compalined to my mom who also spokes Winston Blue, and, she said it has happened twice with her before...... That is absolutely ludacris! </p> <p> </p> <p>WHat is happening that the quality of this has or is becoming so terrible!!?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
