Where's the Bubble?!?!

Almost every packet of Winston Purple I have purchased to-date has cigarettes that does not have the bubble included despite this being branded on the package. I bought a packet again yesterday in Sedgefield and all of the cigarettes in the packet had NO BUBBLE in. Surely the inclusion of the bubble branding should be removed if there is no bubble? Rather disappointing.
