Unpleasant working environment

This company is so frustrating, I’ve been working here for 2 months and everyday there’s always something that makes working here unpleasant. The management team is always making mistakes either with your commission or the number of successes you make. When they explain it’s always something you never understand. It’s so unpleasant working here and they never give a proper explanation. This company is ****TY and the treatment is ver bad.
