Really impressed

A while back I complained about some of my Camel Activate cigarettes not having menthol *****, even though I had thrown them all away after I complained they contacted me to take down my complaint. They came to my house, I can't remember the guy's name that was here, but I was really impressed. He was friendly and to the point. I am very impressed with their customer care and how they handled my complaint. Well done guys.
