Product content is not as advertised.

Good Morning

Ive been a customer for over 2 years now. I opt for the double mint purple however only make use of the purple. Ive been experiencing issues with the purple ball is not in the cigarette filter only the blue. Ive encountered this before but only have it in one to three cigarettes. During my last purchase (which is a carton at a time) Ive had more then 6 in 1 box without the purple filter. If this was what i wanted i would purchase just the blue instead, its very misleading as this is not what is advertised on the box itself. This defeats the entire purpose of me purchasing your product and it really is denying me my monies worth. Looking forward to hearing from you.
