Poor Quality

To whom my concern,<br> <br> I am so unhappy with the poor quality of how the cigarettes filters are rapped. the week before last week I got two boxes that was the same poor quality s not properly wrapped paper around the filter. I was so frustrated that I switched over to a different brand last night, My fianc? buys me another boxes of camel WHITE, and what do I get a get yet another box with filters that is not properly warped. I do not know how you can sell a product that is in such a bad condition, this is a big company and should have quality checks in place so that the public does not buy or waste their money, This is disgusting quality and do not know how you can sell this.
