Over glued boxes

Call again yesterday and was assured I would be contacted by COB, still waiting.<br> I purchased 6 cartons of Winston red slide box from Makro in Milnerton. I have to date had 8 packets that can not slide open 4 of which I broke open and the other 4 I have at home.<br> Your service seems to suck a fair amount. Your product is defective, your product been used in public places is banned and yet your *********** staff don't have a shred of decency to contact a customer.<br> I want these defective packets replaced by JTI.
