Menthol pop ball not in filter

Good day<br> <br> I have been smoking the Camel Activate product for years now and love the price and quality however in the last few months I have found plenty of cigarettes that do not have the mint ball in the filter. I found 5 in one pack once. I use to keep them to send them to the factory at the end of the year but my husband threw them away thinking they were \nipped ' before he threw them away I had around 30 from the last couple of months. It wasn't a problem when there was just a few but for people like me that only smoke menthol it gets to be a bit of a problem.<br> <br> Thanks in advance on any feedback "
