Empty promises

On 1st June I logged a complaint with regards to a product and it's quality. This was done via email. A day later I received a called and I was impressed by the quick response I received. I was informed that I would be contacted within 7 working days and yet in still to be contacted. I called in to the call centre on Monday the 15th June and was told that I will get a call back by end of business and still I am waiting for that call back. It's disgusting that you keep on setting deadlines and you never meet them. Should have just informed me that nothing will be resolved and that I waisted me time and effort by dealing with your company.
