Dissatisfying Products

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is to notify you on your Camel Double products that are extremely dissatisfying. I have been a loyal customer over the past few years and did not expect this level of poor quality.

The Camel double red product has on numerous occasions disappointed me. Not only have I considered buying this product from almost every store in my town, I have even gone so far as to purchasing from different towns as well. However, even after all this effort I still can not say that I have received the quality I used to in the past.

I truly hope that this issue can be resolved as I would prefer to stay a loyal customer and avoid any further hiccups.
