Dissatisfaction in Camel Activate Brand

I bought a carton of Camel Activate Double Switch Purple. I came across three cigarettes that had separated from the filter when I tried to pop it. It did not break but it was a clean fall off from the filter. I contacted the customer care line which was so difficult to get their number as it is on the inside of the box only to be told that theres nothing that can be done as I smoked all the others?
