Disappointed with Camel Activate Cigarettes

I’ve been buying camel activate original blue for quite some time. But out of the 5 boxes I’ve bought over the past month at different stores more than half of them don’t have their menthol “pop”. I was annoyed with the first 2 boxes but now I’m just disappointed and considering changing brands as I buy menthol to smoke menthol. ..
