Damaged sigarettes

As a loyal customer of the camel clasic sigarette brand, i was dissapointed to find more than one sigarette in a recently purchased soft pack to be damaged. The paper holdin the filter to the sigarete was glued on skew in such a manner that when retrieving the sigarete from the packet, only the filter came out. I have taken some photographs, and am hapy to provide them should someome contact me to resolve the matter.
