Cigarettes going out within seconds

Hi there,

My husband smokes Winston Blue. Have been for quite some years now.

We would like to thank the company for the new packaging. The old packaging madechim lose alot of cigarettes by just falling out.

However, he is extremely frustrated with the fact that the cigarette goes out very fast. Like, he puts it down for 5 seconds, and when he picks it up again its dead. This happens with almost half his pack EVERY SINGLE TIME. Why is this happening?
