Camel Red filter loose

I had a very bad experience yesterday with a packet of Camel Red i bought from Pick n Pay shop. I am not sure if the packet was a counterfit packet as there was 2 sigarettes in the box which was not up to standard as the top part where the filter is was loose i never had such an experience which was odd for me and i would like to bring this to the manufactures attentions. I took a video to show what was wrong. If you can provide me with an email adress to where i can this video so that you can see what my problem was.
