CAMEL BLACK DISSAPOINTMENT

I am a loyal customer of camel black in this last 1 to 2 years the brand has changed it's taste and now aswell the packing. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALLL. The company does not have any care in the world for thier customers. Just been told that nothing has changed but it is NOT TRUE there are holes in your filters and the taste that noboby knows about because the company thinks their customers do not know the difference
