Camel Activate Purple very dissapointing

<p>Good Day </p> <p>I would like this complaint to be be viewed by the tobacco company manufacturing camel activate cigarettes. I bought a packet a 20 camel activate purple cigarettes yeaterday and it was very dissapointing to have found once cigarette in the box, which had no ball on the top to pop the flavor. Also for the last year I have experienced each time I purchase a packet of camel cigarettes, that there is alot of the tobacco from the cigarette that falls out into the box or my hand bag, my pocket etc.</p> <p>This is really dissapointing and customers that are unhappy will stop buying these cigarettes, this is something we consumers buy every day, so to keep finding unflavoured cigarettes or having all the tobacco fall out of the box, so please can you guys check this before sending in for sale.</p>
