Camel Activate pack has no mint

<p>I bought 2 packs of Camel Activate from a Total garage in Hartbee****rt on 14 April. The one pack has about 12 cigarettes with no mint ball. This is the only cigarette I can smoke and without the mint ball it tastes like ****!! Wasted my money!</p>
