Camel Activate no ball to pop

Yesterday I bought a packet of Camel Activate and found that there were 4 cigarettes which had no ball to pop at all. This is quite unacceptable. I buy this product because I like the taste of the cigarettes with the flavour.

Please check the products before sending it out as this might persuade users not to buy it and I am definitely going to be one of them from now on.
