Absolutely horrible experience with camel and winston cigarettes.

I purchased a carton of Camel Black for R570 and found that the tobacco in every pack had fallen out of the tubes. I left this at first, went and purchased another carton for the same price and had the same problem. Except for a select few cigarettes that's tubes were full but the paper was either torn or the filter wasn't attached properly and would fall out. I went and got a carton of winston red for R400 and had the horrible experience that each and every one of the cigarettes tasted horrible, an ammonia like taste. Both of these kinds of cigarettes are one's I've smoked for years now. I must ad, the packaging was not damaged in any way. Nothing was spilt on them, nothing odd whatsoever. I had no choice but to get rid of them. I can't leave this issue any longer. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you
