Reliability and going the extra mile

Companies just don't operate like this any more. A leading example :)<br> <br> After having my garage installed, I thought I would never have to deal with the supplier again. As nature has it, most suppliers forget about you as soon as they have been paid.<br> <br> 8 Months after the installation I mailed JTF Projects to inform them that there was a faulty cable. I received an almost immediate response stating that they will order a new cable. A week went by and the cable snapped, after a quick call the JTF Projects and they had a person onsite to fix the issue within a few hours.<br> <br> I would just like to say thank you for an excellent job and for upholding your side of the warranty. JTF Projects has restored my faith in suppliers, just maybe there are a few good ones out there :)<br> <br> Thanks again
