Poor service from JT Tronix

On the 16th of October we called JT Tronix to fix our satellite dish as it was affecting our TV, our TV should get blur while viewing. So we called this company and they informed us that there was nothing wrong with the satellite dish there was actually a problem with the power supply which they changed and put a new power supply. The weather was very bad and extremely windy so they informed us to wait until the weather is better and it'll work, we paid them for putting the power supply. We waited and called them back on the 6th of January and the guy that answered told us that he would need to charge us a call out fee yet they did not check the satellite dish, he told us that if we called last week he would of sorted out the problem free off charge. So basically the company wants us to pay for their wrong doing and if we called last week Friday what difference would it make as today is Monday.
