Coaching programme failure - Beware of the JT Foxx Organisation

<p>They sell mega expensive coaching programmes, but fall ultra-short on ascertaining/ assessing the candidates COACHABILITY!</p> <p>Ask about their testing you for YOUR ability to be coached and what success guaranties’ coaching may have for you, before you sign-up for anything.</p> <p>I burnt my fingers! The assigned coach, the best one they could find, so they say (!), found out that I was not coachable.</p> <p>The JT Foxx organisation does not have any exit strategy for their shortcomings, except for the verbal “you won’t get any money back”. Ainah, ainah, ainah!</p> <p>Beware; they think they are infallible, perfect and always right.</p> <p>Read the contract fine print and object to what you don’t go along with. Take your time, don’t hurry. Copy all the stuff you write, surveys, questionnaires, briefs, etc. for your safe keeping, use your phone camera. I didn’t and they seem to have discarded what I disclosed as core to my brief (to raise my excellent business to the next level fast).</p> <p>Beware, beware, beware, they are smooth talkers from the sales person to the king pin JT Foxx.</p> <p> </p> <p>No bang for my bucks spent is my result! Ainah-I’m still licking my wounds inflicted by that mega 90k spend!</p> <p> </p> <p>JT Foxx has apparently got a residential property in the upmarket northern suburb of Dainfern, Johannesburg, less than 30 minutes by car from my residence. He has not shown any interest to meet with me to hear me out. He will be like that with you.</p> <p>Their programs capitalise on “one size fits all” approach to coaching and branding. It is not applicable to all types of businesses.</p> <p>So, I hope that this helps someone out there to not get trapped the way I unfortunately did.</p>
