Shoddy Workmanship

I am reporting on behalf of my mum.. The company in question JSR Aluminum did not keep there promises with regards to repairing damaged goods and upholding guarantees .. Furthermore when questioned they become abusive via the phone and make threats.. All of the payments where made on time, and receipts of all work have been kept.. I feel really disappointed as a consumer knowing that my mum works hard to upgrade her home only to have people employed with good intentions abuse her verbally and emotionally.. So my advice to people in the Montclair/bluff and Yellowood park areas to stay away from these contractors..
