What service?

JSN motors did some work on my car, then called to ask me to pick it up. Awesome. Sent a driver to collect me. Awesome. Arrive and car is not ready. Not so awesome. Tell the 'service' agent I need to go in 20 minutes. WaitWait. Car ready and I leave, but the radio is not connected. Turn around and take it back, ask the service agent to fix it and arrange a car to take me back. He wants me to wait while they correct their mistake. Ask him again for a lift. Ignores my request. Tells me to wait. I'm now in an uber, ****ed off, having wasted the last hour, hour and a half, because JSN thinks customers should wait on them instead of the other way round, and because they can't complete the job properly before arranging collection.
